Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for purchases. If you received a product that is damaged/defective, we will happily exchange the product for you. Please let us know within 5 days from the date you received the product.

Please let us know within 5 days that you received a damaged product by sending an email to info@cbdemporiumcanada.com. We do require details and photo(s)/video(s) of the product in question. A replacement will be issued, once verified as a manufacturer defect.
