    Which strength / CBD oil should I choose?  For first time CBD users it is best to start with a moderate dose between 20-30mg and gradually increase your dosage to find what works best for you. Since everyone's body and needs are different it may require trial and error to find the dosage suited for your needs.

     

    Breakdown on CBD oil Dosages (1 dose = 1ml):

    500mg Oil = 16.6mg per 1ml dropper

    1000mg Oil = 33mg per 1ml dropper

    1500mg Oil = 50mg per 1ml dropper

    2000mg Oil = 66mg per 1ml dropper

     

     

    Suggested Use: Shake well before use. Place 0.5-1ml under the tongue for 1 minute before swallowing. Increase dosage to find your sweet spot. Use 1-3 times daily or as needed.  It is best to take CBD at least once daily for optimal results.
